Noodle Doodle

I decided that I should take this opportunity to try going back to trying to improve myself again, instead of just posting the same things all the time. My biggest weaknesses have always been at the foundation in my sketches, in anatomy, etc., so I decided to take the advice of some friends of mine and start working on just sketching in different poses and facial expressions. These things have always been difficult for me, and I used to try to work on them, but recently I started to lose track of the direction in which my art was headed, and I think that it started going downhill as a result. So I'm going to start posting sketches here with advanced critique encouraged so that hopefully I can start improving again. Maybe someday I'll color these, but for now they'll just stay like this. I think now's the best time for me to try to work on myself and my artwork, and although this is a bit of a silly doodle, it's a starting point. If you have something to say about the drawing, please don't be afraid to comment, I encouraged advanced critique for a reason.

Anyway, this is a doodle of a character I made up to represent me. That's why I made him eating. I randomly added the wings and horns, but I like them, so I think they'll stay. Basically, he likes to eat and sleep a lot. That's all I know about him so far.
